What's your favorite wedding movie?

I caught the end of My Best Friend's Wedding the other night, and it made me think about all the great wedding movies out there. What's more fun than popping one of these movies into your DVD player while you and your honey (or maid-of-honor) address invitations?

I don't know if I can choose a favorite, but I thought I'd share a few that I enjoyed, as well as point you toward a couple of lists of all-time greats and box office toppers.

My favorites, in no particular order:

  • My Big Fat Greek Wedding
  • Father of the Bride (original and Steve Martin versions)
  • The Wedding Singer
  • How to Marry a Millionaire

  • Wedding Crashers
  • My Best Friend's Wedding

And here are a couple that, while not entirely wedding-themed, have weddings in them:

  • The Sweetest Thing
  • Arsenic and Old Lace
  • Shrek
  • The Princess Bride
