You can buy molds for ice sculptures pretty cheap. Obviously, you have to have a huge freezer to store the thing in (or have your wedding in the winter where you can freeze it outside), but that's a much cheaper way to do it. I really wanted an ice sculpture at our wedding. Really wanted one. But everyone thought I was joking...so we didn't get one. :-(
