My daughter is getting married at our home a year from now. There will definately be a lovely ice sculpture for people to enjoy. There will be a bunch of cold shrimp around it too. It has a large impact at a reception. We have been to many higher end weddings and an ice sculpture is sometimes used. Personally, I think they worth every penny!
