Listen to the Joystiq Podcast (because your ears can't read)
As I've stated before, I love a good proposal story. However, I'm not sure if this is actually good ... tell me what you think about the Proposal to Mary.

In September 2007, a man sent out an email to 50 random people. The email contained a poem, asking Mary to marry him. He wanted to find an unusual way to propose to her, and his hope is that fate will direct the poem to his Mary via the computers of thousands of people worldwide.

When I first read about it on Manolo for the Brides, I thought it sounded like some sort of lame scam, but after reading about the man proposing, I think it might be kinda sweet. Or not. I'm on the fence. I mean, I don't know that I would want to be proposed to this way, but I don't know Mary, so maybe this is something she'd like.

Anyway, check out the site and decide for yourself. You can even leave encouraging comments. Or not. Seriously, I'm totally undecided on this!
