We went to a wedding where the vows went like this : Will you argue with me? yes. Is that your intention? no. Will you forget to do the dishes? yes. Your intention? no.
The first set I thought I misheard.They did about a dozen of these and it was all we could do not to burst out loud with laughter. Wish I could remember more, but trust me, they were hilarious!

Those are funny! I've heard similar at a handfasting ceremony. Will you anger me? Yes. Is that your intent? No. Will you hurt me? Yes. Is that your intent?
Vows need to reflect the couple. To heck with anyone else.
