Coleen McLoughlin's wedding promises to be one of THE events of the year. The run-up to the big day is certainly providing us with plenty to gossip about. There's something about this affair that is more than a bit ridiculous.

There's Wayne's fighting, rowdy family, who have not been invited to the wedding, there's the two and a half million pound ($5 million) deal with Hello! magazine, then there's the $200 000 Marchesa wedding gown, the numerous (expensive) trips to New York for the gown fittings, shopping trips to Italy for Wayne's wedding tuxedo and then there's Coleen's apology to Victoria Beckham for leaving her off the guest list.

Added to that is the recent revelation that this wedding will cost around 6 million dollars. Six MILLION dollars. For 60 guests.

Look, Coleen's having a destination wedding ( in a 'top secret' spot somewhere in France) and is providing private planes as transport for her guests. The celebrations will take place over three days and will include a black and white-themed ball. So, yes, it's going to cost a lot.

But still, how has she already managed to run up SIX MILLION dollars worth of costs? Holy Moly has speculated about how she's chalked up such a huge wedding bill. Alright, it's just a laugh but they might not be far off the mark. Luckily for Coleen, her deal with Hello! magazine will cover some of her expenses. (A large part of that deal is being given to a charity.)

Whatever, we can't wait to see the pictures of this over-the-top, crazily overpriced wedding.
