Actually the dress was NOT designed for Jenna Bush. It was part of the spring 2008 line you can see it on the Oscar De La Renta website. And Yes it is the same dress Carrie wore for the SEX AND THE CITY MOVIE... That was film last spring. I LOVE this dress, it makes me want to get married all over again..
