Spice Girl Geri Halliwell is engaged, planning September wedding

Former (current? recent?) Spice Girl Geri Halliwell is engaged, to backup dancer Ivan "Flip" Velez, and apparently she couldn't be happier. Halliwell, who has a two-year-old daughter, Bluebell Madonna (seriously, where do celebrities get these NAMES?!?) is reported to be head-over-ears in love. The couple, who met on the Spice Girls recent ill-fated reunion tour, are planning a September wedding. Friends say that while the affair has progressed at light speed, they are confident that this is the Real Thing. "Geri has a huge diamond and an even bigger grin on her face now that she and Ivan are marrying. It's been a whirlwind affair but when you know, you know and she doesn't care if she's criticised for being hasty. Her daughter loves Ivan and that's the only opinion she cares about."
