Are you planning an outdoor wedding this summer? Did you remember to include sunscreen in your wedding plans?

You should consider sunscreen to protect your skin not just on the day of your wedding, but in the time leading up to it as well. You don't want to accidentally burn and then stand at the altar looking like a lobster in a pretty dress.

The American Melanoma Foundation strongly recommends sunscreen with an SPF (sun protection factor) of 15 or higher, but if you are fair skinned or burn easily, you should look for higher SPF's. The AMF advises against using oils in favor of creams or lotions, and they remind you to reapply frequently, as you tend to sweat off your sunscreen in time.
