Back in August of 2004, socialite Nicky Hilton donned a thigh-high blue dress and exchanged vows at 2:30 in the morning with money manager Todd Andrew Meister. They didn't head to Las Vegas with the intention of getting married -- Nicky was there for a celebrity poker tournament.

Nicky's older and more famous sister, Paris, was there with a tiara-clad Tinkerbell (her chihuahua), as was Bijou Phillips. The marriage lasted less than two months, but that was not the shortest recorded celebrity marriage to start in Vegas ... not by a long shot.
