Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's sunset wedding

Charlie Sheen said, at the opening of the Las Vegas Planet Hollywood last November, that the idea of quickie Vegas wedding had crossed his mind. However, he quickly scratched that out as he wanted his fiancee, Brooke Mueller, to have the white wedding of her dreams.

On Friday, Brooke got what she wanted when she and Charlie were married in an intimate sunset ceremony in Beverley Hills.

About 60 guests attended the private wedding, including Charlie's famous father, Martin Sheen, and his brother, Emilio Estevez. Also present were the people who introduced Charlie and Brooke to each other two years ago - Grey's Anatomy star Eric Danes and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart.

Charlie's two adorable daughter's from his marriage to Denise Richards, Sam and Lola, were charming flower girls.

Instead of wedding presents the couple asked guests to donate to Chrysalis, a charity for the homeless, and Pugs 'n Pals, a dog rescue society. A fabulous idea for any couple who doesn't really need more 'stuff' for themselves.

So, another Hollywood wedding. Another celebrity couple madly in love and "incredibly happy". A groom who said, of his second wife, "She's just easy, and loving, and smart and if everybody was just as happy to see me when I walk through a door as her, my life would be perfect."

Long may this marriage last.
