At a time when most girls her age are contemplating summer jobs and college, Jamie Lynn Spears is preoccupied with the impending birth of her first child and a marriage to a man with whom she can't seem to get along.Rumors are circulating (courtesy of Star magazine, so it's uncertain how reliable they are) that 17-year-old Jamie Lynn has called off her wedding to 19-year-old Casey Aldridge, the father of her unborn child. According to their sources, the couple has been arguing about everything, "from what to name the baby to what to eat for dinner. And now she's called off their wedding plans."
Both of Jamie Lynn's parents (Jamie and Lynn) have left big sister Britney's side in L.A. to help with their pregnant daughter back home in Louisiana (side-note: They were both in Louisiana helping Jamie Lynn when Britney was breaking down -- it seems like maybe one would stay with one troubled daughter and one with the other, but hey, obviously they know what they're doing, right?).
Jamie Lynn is reportedly staying with her parents and they're helping her get the nursery ready, while Casey is "in and out."
