Saying good-bye to your single days does not require you to watch oiled-up buffed bods get naked onstage. If strippers aren't your thing, here are 10 options for bachelorette parties that may be down your aisle.

Wine Tasting

Invite your best girls over and ask each to bring her favorite wine and an appetizer to go along with it. Alternatively, head to your neighborhood wine bar and ask the manager to organize a tasting for you.

Karaoke

Belt out a sound good-bye to your single days with drunken renditions of "Single Ladies" and "Goin' to the Chapel."

Spa Day

This one practically counts as multitasking since you have to make time for that facial and mani anyway. Many larger spas have VIP waiting areas that are available for bachelorette parties. Smaller spa? Ask if you can rent it out for the afternoon.

Movie Marathon

Pop the corn, break out the Twizzlers and watch all the chick flicks you can get your hands on. Classic bridal rom coms include Father of the Bride, Bride Wars and Wedding Crashers.

Sex-Toy Party

Too embarrassed to hit your local adult store? Invite the store to come to you and host a sex-toy party, where a consultant brings her wares and you can shop, ask questions, giggle and drink as many cocktails as you want (or need!). Check out PassionParties.com and PureRomance.com.

Cooking Class

Learn how to spice things up with a cooking class at a local cooking school, favorite restaurant or store, such as Williams-Sonoma or Sur La Table. Specialty classes can range from international fare including Mexican and Thai to menus for dinner parties to recipes for every day. Many classes include wine or cocktail pairings.

Pole-Dancing Class

Happy newlywed Fergie reportedly has a stripper pole in her bedroom. You don't have to go that far -- a class may be enough to unleash your inner sex goddess. Sheila Kelley S Factor has studios in seven cities or you can try an at-home kit that includes a pole and a how-to DVD.

Poker Night

Who says Texas hold 'em and three-card monty are only for the boys? Put on your best poker face and learn how to play the game. Not sure where to start? Pick up a copy of The Badass Girl's Guide to Poker by Toby Leah Bochan.

Shoe-Shopping Party

Ask your favorite shoe boutique to stay open late one night for you and your girls. Most will be amenable to your bringing in a crowd and may even give you a discount on the night's purchases. Break open the bubbly and shop to your heart's content.

Scrapbooking Party

What better time to do something with all the photos, ticket stubs, love notes and matchbooks from the earlier years of your relationship that have been collecting in a shoebox? Ask your craftier friends to bring over the glue gun and crimped scissors and make a scrapbook worthy of your man to give to him on the big day.
