Creating a wedding dress out of toilet paper was once reserved for bridal showers, where guests would compete for a lotto ticket or similar prize. Today, designing a wedding dress out of toilet paper can win a bride $1,000, which she can use toward the cost of her wedding.

Cheap-Chic-Weddings.com just announced the launch of their sixth annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress contest, which runs from April 5 to May 15, 2010.

Dresses are judged on creativity, originality, beauty and the use of toilet paper. Here's how past winners and contestants designed their toilet paper wedding dresses:

Wonder how this would work with a "Sears & Roebuck Catalogue". .. For those of you who are too young to understand the connection... if you have a relative over 75 who grew up on a farm that had an "outhouse"...ask them.
