Rumors have swirled over the plot lines in the upcoming Sex and the City 2 movie due in May and, of course, the one we are most interested in is the possibility of a wedding! And not just one that's planned and called off, but a complete wedding including fabulous fashions, unbelievable flowers and decor and amazing entertainment. All the sort of details a weddings editor and real brides can find inspiration from. So what have we heard?

The wedding will be between two of the series' gay characters, Anthony Marantino (played by Mario Cantone) and Stanford Blatch (played by Willie Garson), and from the scenes you can briefly see in the film's trailer, you can tell it will be on the level of a Platinum Wedding.

I'm guessing that Carrie takes the role of "best woman" and for entertainment, Liza Minnelli is brought in to sing during the reception. Remember, I'm assuming most of these details, so don't hold me to it.

What I can say for certain is that the tiered white wedding cake shown here is the actual wedding cake from the wedding in the film! It was executed by Swarovski and celebrity wedding cake baker, Ron Ben-Israel. The Swarovski crystals are chandelier components and are dripping off the cake, which is sitting on a Lucite stand. Though I didn't see it, I'm 99 percent sure the grooms cut a vanilla flavored wedding cake with a cookies-n-cream filling -- at least that's what my sources are telling me.

Here's a closer look at the Swarovski chandelier components:
