1. The Happiest Place on Earth
Giving your guests a great excuse to take a trip to Walt Disney World is going to make them just as excited as you are about your wedding, if not more! Plus, guests of Disney weddings enjoy special discounts on park tickets and rooms at the amazing Walt Disney World resorts, so they can take a dream vacation without breaking the budget.

2. Dream Themes
No matter what style of wedding you're interested in, Walt Disney World has something to fit your vision. If you're looking for a beautiful wedding in a traditional setting, try Disney's Wedding Pavilion. Looking for a sweet backdrop with just a hint of vintage charm? Try Sea Breeze Pointe at Disney's BoardWalk Resort. How about an exotic, international affair (without all the hassles of leaving the country)? You can enjoy Morocco, Italy or any of the other amazing pavilions at Epcot's World Showcase. Of course, if it's a real fairy tale you're after, you can't beat getting married under the stars at Cinderella's Castle. If you can dream it, Disney can do it!

3. Fun for All Ages
If you're looking to keep your younger guests entertained while their parents enjoy your wedding reception, you can arrange a special children's party in a private room near your event. Kids will enjoy games, toys, sing-alongs, arts and crafts, and other group activities in a safe environment with childcare professionals. You can also arrange a buffet of kid-friendly foods, so you don't have to worry about whether or not your four-year-old flower girl likes the five-star cuisine you picked out. There are also sitters available for in-room childcare for wedding guests with younger children.

4. Your Favorite Characters
Where else could you have Mickey, Minnie or any of your favorite Disney characters at your wedding? Your guests will be surprised and delighted to be joined on the dance floor by Cinderella, Prince Charming or Donald Duck (in his formalwear, of course!). The only hard part is figuring out which character you'd like to invite!

5. A No-Hassle Destination Wedding

When you get married at Walt Disney World, you get the personal attention of a team of planners and coordinators who work with you for months to plan each detail of your big day. They'll also assist you in coordinating rooms, transportation and tickets for all of your guests. They'll even send out save-the-dates to let your guests know when and how to make their reservations. With all of those details taken care of, all you have to do is show up!

6. Unforgettable Wedding Events
There are a ton of options available for group events, so whether you're planning a bridal tea at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort or a rehearsal dinner at the Spirit of Aloha luau, it's easy to coordinate an unforgettable event for your guests. One of the more popular events chosen by Disney brides and grooms is a private party during Epcot's incredible IllumiNations fireworks show. Your guests can enjoy a menu of sweet treats or even a full buffet dinner lakeside before they take in the most popular Walt Disney World show from the best seats in the house.

7. Extra Pixie Dust
In addition to an amazing event and a large team of wedding professionals at your side every step of the way, Disney brides and grooms enjoy a number of extra perks when they book their wedding, including a free room at their choice of Disney resorts for the night of their wedding, a pair of annual passes good for all four theme parks at Walt Disney World and a special wedding surprise on their big day.

8. Couture by Tutera
If you dream of having a day that's been designed by a wedding celebrity, you'll be delighted with the options available from Disney's Couture Collection. These weddings have been designed by acclaimed wedding expert David Tutera, who has created incredible wedding events all over the world. The staff at Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings will be happy to help you customize the couture wedding of your choice so that it truly reflects who you are as a couple and the vision you have for your big event.

9. Disneymoon
Once the wedding is over, there's no need to travel far for your honeymoon. Walt Disney World is home to five-star resorts and restaurants, so you can take it easy and kick back at the spa or enjoy everything the world-famous theme parks have to offer. Better yet, spend a couple days enjoying the parks and then set sail on a Disney cruise so you can spend some time on Castaway Cay, Disney's private island.

10. Cinderella's Coach

Looking for the ultimate entrance on your wedding day? Imagine arriving in Cinderella's Coach, a glass masterpiece pulled by a team of snow-white horses. Nothing could be more romantic, more magical or more unforgettable.

Carly Lane is the Editor of The Disney Wedding Blog. She was married at Walt Disney World in January 2009.

How about a lingerie shower? I have given several of them and everyone loves them! The bride ends up receiving beautiful, fun sexy nighties and romantic outfits that will last years! Plus, you can play many fun theme oriented games with fun prizes ( chocolate body painting kits...etc) for your guests!
