Who: The Former First Daughter will marry longtime-love Marc Mezvinsky

What: The "wedding of the year" will be a who's who of Washington, DC politicians and some of Hollywood's heavy hitters. The bride decreed that all wedding guests must personally be connected to the bride and groom.

However we just learned that President Obama did not receive a wedding invitation and he said he wasn't surprised. He joked - halfheartedly - that all the guests would have to go through metal detectors and all the wedding gifts unwrapped by the Secret Service.

When: The invitation reads: Saturday, July 31st, 2010 at 6pm.

Guests were told they'd get the final location 3 days before the wedding and that Amtrak trains have been rented to shuttle guests from New York City to Rhinebeck, NY.

Where: Astor Courts in Rhinebeck, NY

The 1904 home of John Jacob Astor IV was recently renovated and now available for parties and events

The Wedding Cake: Chelsea Clinton has a gluten allergy and had interviewed a number of New York area bakers who specialize in gluten-free wedding cakes. We think she narrowed down the final choice between Lulu's Cake Boutique in Scarsdale – a family favorite – or BabyCakes NYC.

The Vendors: Chelsea hired Boston-based wedding planner Bryan Rafanelli and event designer Jeff Leatham to create her dream wedding.
