Q. Should we handwrite invites for a small wedding?

A.
Even for a wedding with only twenty people, handwriting your wedding invitations is a very ambitious undertaking. Stationers are professionals and can accommodate orders of all sizes, so don't feel like you have to handwrite them just because you're having a small wedding. If this is something you really want to do, be sure to invest in heavy cardstock and pens that write smoothly and evenly. It's also worth considering taking a few calligraphy classes to ensure your wedding invitations don't look like any other letter, but really convey the importance of the occasion.
