Prepare your paper
You'll fill your blender 2/3 full of warmish water, then add bits of paper torn into about 1-inch (2 cm) squares. (The water does not NEED to be warm; it's just not nice to put your hands in freezing cold water!)Pulse in blender till it's smoooooth.
