This cloche hat seems to be saying...."Come here gorgeous, but don't forget I'm a good girl." It's a hand-blocked white sinamy straw hat. The crown has been swirled and crimped to create unique texture and shape. The brim is wired and sweeps softly down one side to create a gorgeous inviting, yet shy feel.
