Although it moved at typical TV pace (LaDonna and Darnell were married, champagne toasted and enjoyed two commercial breaks in half an hour), the TODAY Throws a Wedding grand finale was a beautiful affair. Rockefeller Plaza was decorated with Asian cranes and paper lanterns for the East Meets West theme, and every detail was complete as LaDonna and Darnell tied the knot this morning. Pastor Willie Butler, LaDonna's childhood pastor, presided over the nuptials. Both the bride and groom, looking sweet and ever so poised in front of all of America, recited their own vows from memory: Darnell offered his heart and soul to LaDonna and said he would go to the end of the Earth to see her smile, and LaDonna felt her father smiling from heaven and promised to love Darnell with every beat of her heart. Once pronounced husband and wife, LaDonna and Darnell jumped the broom, an African American wedding tradition signifying the blessed union of marriage. After a toast and an interview with their TODAY family, the new couple joined their real family and friends in the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center for a reception.

Once the festivities are over, the couple will be traveling to Bora Bora for an unbelievably romantic honeymoon.

The latest news on the TODAY Throws a Wedding segment is the choice of wedding rings for LaDonna and Darnell. And the winner is...the diamond and platinum rings from the Kwiat Fidelity collection. These rings feature two intersecting bands in a simple and beautiful wave design. Hers features 1/2 carat diamonds and his has a polished finish. Ring experts say it's important for couples to discuss when and how they plan to wear their rings before making a selection. For example, will you wear your engagement ring with your wedding ring, separately, or wear one on your right hand (a growing trend)? This helps determine if you need matching or just coordinating styles.

Now, it's time to choose LaDonna and Darnell's honeymoon destination. View the fabulous choices that make travel expert Peter Greenberg want to tie the knot and Matt Lauer propose to LaDonna on the spot! Vote here before 2:00 p.m. EST on Monday.

The bridesmaids dresses were finalized this morning on TODAY Throws a Wedding, and the winning dress is...the classic pink strapless dress from Simple Silhouettes. The color and simple styling will work well with LaDonna's gown and Darnell's pink shirt and tie. And the slight bubble shape of the skirt helps hide some of areas we women sometimes want to disguise when we're eating lots of wedding cake. Simple Silhouettes' line of bridesmaids dresses features simple yet stylish options in a fabulous variety of colors, making it easy to find matching or coordinating dresses for a whole line-up of maids.

Tune in tomorrow morning as viewers' choice for LaDonna and Darnell's wedding rings is revealed and choices for their honeymoon destination are outlined.

American morning show TV watchers have cast their votes and chosen Darnell's attire for his nuptials coming up next Wednesday on the TODAY show. And the winning outfit is...a navy suit by Hugo Boss in combination with a pale pink dress shirt and pearlescent pink tie. Experts say that adding a little color to the shirt and tie (versus plain white) also adds flattering color to the groom's complexion. This option was the most formal of the four choices (two options had open, unbuttoned collars with no tie), so perhaps viewers are saying that weddings are still fairly formal affairs, even in the good old summertime?

Stay tuned as the winning bridesmaid dress is revealed tomorrow. You can view the choices here.

The TODAY show is wasting no time in getting everything squared away for LaDonna and Darnell's dream wedding next Wednesday. Yesterday, viewers chose LaDonna's wedding dress. And the winning dress is...a silk razmir strapless gown by Priscilla of Boston. It has a "fit to flare" shape, which means it hugs your curves around the bodice and has a full-length, flared skirt. The waistline of the dress has pretty beading detail. This gown will no doubt show off LaDonna's beauty.

Stay tuned as Darnell's look is revealed tomorrow morning. His choices all seem rather casual, but experts say they're perfect for this summer wedding. You can vote each day and view the options here.

This morning on the TODAY show Race for the Altar segment, we had to say goodbye to Annie and Tom from Chicago, leaving only two couples to compete in the final challenge. Melissa and Doug battled LaDonna and Darnell in all out TV game show style in the "Name That Price" competition. The couples had to buzz in and price (without going over) five household items – an Oster blender, a Rival fondue maker, a Calvin Klein bedding set, three wine glasses from Crate & Barrel (to toast the bride, the groom, and the MIL?) and a Maytag washer/dryer set. LaDonna and Darnell kicked butt in this round by picking the nearest price on four of the five items and taking all the loot home. But the segment ended with Melissa and Ryan trumping it all by winning the sixth bonus prize – a 2009 Toyota Camry.

Don't miss your last chance to vote. Choose either Melissa and Ryan or LaDonna and Darnell by visiting the TODAY show website or texting (with standard charges) your choice to 46833. Vote by noon Eastern time on Monday and tune in next week to see who will get married on the show.

Yesterday on the latest episode of TODAY's Race to the Altar, we had to say goodbye to Cara and Dominic from Hilton Head Island, SC. After that, the remaining three couples raced through the television studio in a frantic three-minute scavenger hunt. The couples tried to collect as many wedding-related items as possible, including the tried and true something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue. Champagne, a wedding bell, hairspray, a guest book, garters, rings and Al's wedding forecast rounded out the list of items hidden in the studio. When the couples returned to tally up their collections, Melissa and Doug racked up their second challenge victory. As the winners, they got to choose the wedding favors – swanky Kodak EasyShare digital cameras.

You guessed it! It's your turn to vote again. Click your favorite couple on the TODAY show website or text your vote (regular charges apply) to 46833.

The first challenge in the TODAY Race to the Altar competition was underway bright and early Wednesday morning. The five couples (chosen by show producers to compete in this year's TV wedding) were given 15 minutes to design a wedding dress out of various materials. Each bride had to model her dress for two fashion judges, and the winners were...Melissa and Ryan from Naples, Florida!

As the winners of today's competition, Melissa and Ryan got to choose the theme for this year's wedding. They chose "East Meets West," leaving behind Tropical Fantasy, Victorian Garden and Hollywood Glamour.

Now, it's your turn! Meet the five couples and vote for your favorite one here.
